About Us

Keep McLennan County Beautiful, KMCB (formerly Clean McLennan County, Inc.), a non-profit, 501(c)(3), organization, incorporated in 1990, is a Keep America Beautiful, Inc. affiliate, and member of Keep Texas Beautiful, Keep Waco Beautiful, Heart of Texas Master Composter Association and the Native Plant Society.

OUR MISSION:
To promote a more beautiful and more clean McLennan County by developing and promoting programs and events to educate and assist county residents in sound environmental management.

OUR VISION:
To maintain and promote a more beautiful and more clean McLennan County through the development of programs that will instruct and assist residents and communities in proper solid waste management and environmental education; thereby, creating sustainable communities.

OUR GOALS & OBJECTIVES:
Promote programs and projects that support KMCB's Mission and Vision.
Promote good solid waste handling practices and events.
Involve residents in decisions and implementation of programs.
Cooperate with other non-profit organizations and government entities to achieve our goals and objectives.
